Trapeze sheets
- 5 types of trapeze sheets(T05,T18,T35,T50,T85,T-153)
which have various uses depending upon the type of material used for their production. Trapeze sheets are produced using new, modern technological lines with a high degree of accuracy and processing speed. A thorough inspection of the entire production process guarantees the quality of delivered sheets.

Using materials are following :
• Black metal sheet without finishing, of various grades of quality depending upon the needs of the customer
• Zinc coated sheet of various grades of quality with zinc layer from 200 g/m2.
• Plastic coated sheets are steel, double-sided thermally zinc coated sheets with a layer of zinc of a minimum of 200 g/m2, passivation with protective polish with a thickness of 7 mic. The final layer is plastic surface finishing on a polyester base with a thickness of a minimum of 25 mic. The lifetime of sheets finished in this way in general conditions is a minimum of 40 years.

Trapeze sheets can also be produced of aluminium, copper, titanium-zinc or other metal sheets upon request.

Models of Trapezoidal Steel Sheets

T -05 Ceiling and facade Profiles
The height of the profile of this type of trapeze sheet is 5 mm. Its use is mainly as a soffit or façade sheet. It is suitable for covering of various interior or exterior walls, building extensions, etc. When used for covering an exterior, due to the height of the profile we recommend sealing between individual sheets using double sided tape which is found in additional accessories. It is not suitable as a roof profile.

T-18 Roofing and Facade Profile
The height of the profile of this type of trapeze sheet is 18 mm. It is suitable as a roof and façade profile. The abovementioned sheet can also be used as a inexpensive solution for reconstruction of roofs of family houses without the necessity for replacement of the original battens.

T-35 Roofing and Facade Profile
The height of the profile of this type of trapeze sheet is 35 mm. It is produced as a roof and façade profile. Lightening strips are also available for this profile, produced in standard lengths of 6m. Profile T35 of greater thicknesses is also suitable for creation of formwork.

T-50 Structural and Support Profile
Trapeze profile T 50 is the first in a line of so-called construction profiles. T 50 is also used as a roof profile, mainly for lesser inclines. The resistance of the taller waves against the weather and sufficient firmness makes this profile suitable for a wide range of uses in construction works.

T-85 Structural and Support Profile
Trapeze profile T 85 is from the line of bearing profiles, which is mainly used as a construction bearing element of the building for creation of formwork, insulated composite ceilings and coatings, etc. T 85 is produced of materials from a thickness of 0.70mm to 1.5mm

T-153 Structural and Support Profile
The T 153 Trapezoidal profile is another type of supporting profile and is aimed for use in cases with larger girder distances.WE produce T 153 from materials of a thickness from 0.7mm up to 1.5mm.

Steel trapezoidal profiles are produced by cold forming a surface treated steel sheet:
-Z 275 hot zinc coated steel sheet,on both sides
-A steel sheet covered entirely by a hot zinc coating with 55% Al-Zn alloy,AZ 150
-A steel sheet ,hot zinc coated with colored organic SP coat
