GLASS FIBER MESCH FABRICS
Glass mesh fabrics attends like stiffening part of plaster layers in heatinsulating systems and in additional heatinsulation works of the buildings. Their function is mainly to protect the heatinsulating boards against a damage, to transmit a mechanical pressure growing by heat loading of the heatinsulating system and to enforce the plaster layer.
VARIABILITY OF FORMS
Cutting of glass mesh fabrics for different widths 15, 20, 25, 50 and 75 cm.
Printing of logo or advertising inscriptions in maximum width 12 cm.
Production of different colours of scrims after agreement.
APPLICATION
At present time we produces large assortment of glass mesh fabrics used for reinforcement of outer and inner plaster layers including corner bracings, destinated for supporting of building corners.
For stiffening of inner plaster layers R 5x5/70. The scrims specially destinated for heatinsulating systems R 5x5/145, R 4x5/150 and R 4x4/165. For stiffening of corners by construction and heatinsulation works of building frames is destinated corner bracing consisted from polyvinyl chloride profile and glass fibre mesh fabric. Types R 5x5/55 and R 10x10/60 are destinated mainly for stiffening of different backing materials at the basis aluminic, paper and PE foils.
PACKING, STOCKING
The fabric is wound on paper tube. The rolls are wraped in PE foil. After agreement with the customer there is a possibility to realize diffrent type of packaging. The fabrics are stocked inside of clean and dry storage onto wooden pallets.
