We can offer the following investments to those who are interested:

investments into small and big developer projects for construction and sale of real estate,

investments into purchase of plots of land with their subsequent profitable sale,

investments into land at which we assure e.g. projects, fittings, division among individual plots of land and subsequent sale thereof.

Manners of investment:

1.By our bulgarian subsidiary TimeinvestBGulgaria s.l., we present to an investor an offer of a specific project depending on the amount of an investment expected by such an investor, then we assure purchase of land, a project, construction permit, the whole construction, including the use permit and simultaneously also the sale of the real estate being constructed.
2.If an investor desires to implement a developer project themselves, we shall find for him a suitable and profitable plot of land; we shall prepare a brief economic analysis of the construction and sale and assure them a legal service for the purchase of the plot of land.
3.We can implement an investment plan together with an investor.
Our company shall provide an investor with those activities relating to the construction and sale upon which we agree (a designer, construction permit, a construction company, sale of constructed real estate, etc.)

Assurance of investments:

-everything is performed on the basis of legal contracts
-from the beginning an investor exactly knows to what plot of land and to what project their money shall be invested, they know a probable period of construction and deadline for return of financial funds, including expected revenues,
-we invite an investor, to check everything directly in Bulgaria, we shall organise this trip for them from the organisational point of view and we accompany them there,
-it is stipulated in the contract that our company cannot be relieved of the obligation even in the event that unexpected events occur or exist,
-within the agreed upon deadlines an investor is provided with exact information about the course of the implementation of the project.
